Frequently Asked Questions
Turnaround Times
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For urgent projects, we offer premium same-day or next-day turnaround options upon request.
File Formats
We prefer high-resolution TIFF, PDF, or JPEG files. For the sharpest results, ensure your files are at least 300 DPI at the final print dimensions.
Color & Precision
Our workflow uses Adobe RGB and sRGB color profiles.
Printing Professional Photos
If your photo was taken by a professional photographer, we may need a print release before we can print it.
This protects the photographer, the customer, and our business. It’s simply a normal step for printing professional photos.
Why a print release may be needed
-
Buying digital images or receiving a gallery does not always mean you have permission to make prints.
-
Many photographers keep the copyright to their images and decide how, where, and when prints can be made.
-
A print release is written permission from the photographer or copyright owner allowing the image to be printed.
When we may ask for one
-
The image appears to be from a professional session, wedding, school, sports, studio, or event photographer.
-
The file has a photographer watermark, logo, proof mark, or studio name.
-
The image looks like a purchased gallery, proof, or edited professional photo.
-
We are unsure who owns the rights to the image.
How to get a print release
1. Contact the photographer. Send them a short message asking for permission to print the photo.
2. Ask for written permission. Email, text, or a signed release is usually fine as long as it clearly says the image may be printed.
3. Send us the permission. You can text it, email it, or upload it with your order.
4. Make sure the image is the final file. Proofs, screenshots, watermarked images, or social media downloads may not be printable.
